At Dialectica, we believe in the power of connection, critical thinking, and communication—three pillars that lie at the heart of every successful negotiation. For another year, we were proud sponsors of the Athens Negotiation Tournament (ANT), a flagship initiative by the Athens University of Economics and Business that brings together top student talent from across the country to test their skills in high-stakes simulated negotiations.

Our continued involvement in ATN is also a reflection of our broader ESG commitment to youth empowerment and community involvement–investing in the next generation of talent by supporting learning opportunities outside the classroom.

This year, our involvement spanned two engaging events: the Pre-Event and the Main Tournament, which took place on May 17 & 18.

A Powerful Kick-Off

The journey began with the Pre-Event, a day filled with dynamic speeches, panel discussions, live negotiations, and career networking. We were thrilled to have Roxana Krychfalushiy, CST Senior Manager represent Dialectica on stage, where she shared one of the most challenging negotiations from her professional journey—captivating a crowd of over 200 students and young professionals.

Her story wasn’t just about closing deals. It was about navigating complexity, building trust, and staying composed under pressure. In other words, it was a real-world glimpse into the high-impact work we do at Dialectica every day.

Back at our booth, our Talent Acquisition team brought the Dialectica brand to life—connecting with students, answering questions, and ensuring that every attendee left knowing who we are and what we stand for.

It’s Game Time

Fast forward to the Main Event, where the atmosphere was electric. From back-to-back negotiation rounds to unexpected twists, student teams brought their A-game—and we had the honor of helping shape the experience.

We were especially proud to open the final with a warm welcome from our Global Head of Marketing and Communications, Panagioti Papachristofilou, who set the tone for the day by sharing a few inspiring words about the role of young professionals in shaping the future of business.

Additionally, Dialectica designed an original negotiation scenario for the teams to tackle, with Stella Theodoridou, CST Senior Manager, taking the lead. It was exciting to watch participants step into roles, think on their feet, and collaborate under pressure—mirroring the real-life dynamics our own teams navigate every day.

The grand finale was truly inspiring. We watched as two finalist teams negotiated live on stage, demonstrating the skill, creativity, and composure that will define tomorrow’s leaders. We were especially proud to be joined by Foteini Keroglou, a former ANT champion and now a CST Manager, who returned to reconnect with the community..

Why It Matters

Supporting the Athens Negotiation Tournament isn’t just about visibility—it’s about investing in future talent and giving back to the academic community that has shaped many of our own people. Events like these offer students real exposure, and give us the chance to share what makes Dialectica a unique and rewarding place to grow.

We’re grateful to everyone who made our presence at ANT 2025 such a success, and to all the students who engaged with us so enthusiastically. Your curiosity and energy were a reminder of why these moments matter. A heartfelt thank you as well to the incredible organizing team at AUEB, to Evita Psoni, PhD Candidate and lead coordinator of the tournament, and to Dr. Ilias Kapoutsis, Associate Professor of Management and scientific advisor of the tournament.
