As the company surpasses 1,400 employees across four continents, it continues its strategic investment in human capital.

Dialectica, the globally leading information services firm, has appointed Dimitris Psaltoulis as its new Chief People Officer. The move underscores the company’s continued focus on talent development as a cornerstone of its international growth strategy.

Dimitris brings a wealth of experience in organisational development, corporate strategy, and the scaling of high-performing teams across global markets. His appointment comes as Dialectica—founded in Greece and now marking its 10th year—crosses the milestone of 1,400 employees and solidifies its presence across four continents, with a significant operational base still rooted in Athens, Piraeus, and Thessaloniki.

In recent years, Dialectica has evolved into a recognised global leader in the insights market, earning accolades such as the Great Place to Work® certification in Europe, Canada, and Asia. Psaltoulis’s addition to the executive leadership team marks a pivotal moment as the company embarks on its next chapter—one in which people remain central to its long-term success.

Investing in its people has long been a strategic priority for Dialectica, particularly in cultivating both leadership and technical capabilities. Notably, the company is the first in its sector to launch an AI Bootcamp, designed to upskill its teams and integrate advanced technology across its products and operations.

Our decision to bring Dimitris on board reflects the importance we place on building high-performance teams with global ambition,” said George Tsarouchas, Co-Founder and CEO of Dialectica. “As digital transformation continues to reshape the modern workplace, we are committed to ensuring our people remain at the forefront of technological innovation—strategically integrating AI into our workflows and solutions. Dimitris’s experience in leading teams within the tech industry reinforces our ambition to stay ahead of the curve while doubling down on our investment in talent.

Commenting on his appointment, Psaltoulis stated:
Dialectica’s impressive trajectory speaks to a culture of excellence and a deep-rooted commitment to its people. The company’s diverse and rapidly growing team—comprising 67 nationalities—and its integration of cutting-edge technology across every facet of the business were key drivers behind my decision to join. We aspire to be the employer of choice for the country’s top graduates, providing a dynamic and supportive environment where they can not only hone specialised expertise but also gain experiences and skills that will shape their entire careers. I look forward to what we will achieve together in the years ahead.
