RespectLovePride: Dialectica Celebrates Pride 2024

Pride Month was celebrated worldwide in June, and Dialectica took the opportunity to come together as a company and reflect on the importance of diversity and inclusion, both within the organization and in society at large. Under the theme #RespectLovePride, our global offices celebrated the uniqueness of every individual, by educating employees with inspiring content and engaging them with various Pride events.

“Pride Month is really important because it promotes visibility and encourages acceptance of the LGBTQIA+ community,” said Alejandro Arbelaez, General Manager, LATAM. “Dialectica’s RespectLovePride initiative brought people together to honor the history, achievements, and ongoing struggles of LGBTQ+ individuals, promoting inclusivity, acceptance, and equality for all.”
Throughout the month, our offices in Europe, Asia, and America educated employees through an internal campaign. This campaign highlighted the origin of Pride Month and its symbols, celebrated prominent global voices, and commemorated the milestones achieved by the LGBTQIA+ community. It also emphasized the ongoing efforts toward equality and acceptance.

To honor the 1969 Stonewall riots in New York City, which mark the beginning of the LGBTQIA+ movement, Dialectica hosted special events on Friday, June 28. These events were full of surprises, allowing employees to celebrate a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
“June 2024 marked the 54th anniversary of the first Pride parade, which took place in 1970, one year after the uprising,” said George Fragoudakis, General Manager, EMEA. “More than half a century later, I am proud to be part of an organization where everyone can be unique and show their authentic selves every day.”
“Now, more than ever, we at Dialectica have the chance to embrace, support, and empower a diverse community of young talent, not as a seasonal trend but as a long-term value,” concluded Theodoros Konstantopoulos, General Manager, North America.
