This March, Dialectica brought together 66 newly promoted managers from all our offices for our first-ever Global CST Managers Bootcamp in Athens, Greece. Over four days, these emerging leaders participated in an intensive, hands-on leadership experience designed to spark personal growth, sharpen management capabilities, and align them with the company’s long-term strategic vision.
