Ten years ago, Dialectica, a small startup with a big vision, was born in Athens. Today, we’re a global leader in information services, empowering thousands of professionals around the world to make smarter decisions, faster.

This year, as we celebrate a decade of growth, we returned to where it all began—with pride, perspective, and purpose.

Earlier this month, we proudly sponsored Panathēnea, a dynamic new festival that brought together the brightest minds in technology, business, and arts. Inspired by the ancient Athenian celebration of civic and cultural pride, Panathēnea reimagined the entrepreneurial experience—curated by students and recent graduates and held in the heart of Athens from May 7–9.

Culture as a Cornerstone of Growth

One of the standout moments of the festival was Founders Day, where our Co-Founder and CEO, George Tsarouchas, joined a powerhouse panel of entrepreneurs including Alexander Argyros (Moonfare / BlueLayer), George Hadjigeorgiou (Skroutz), Conno Christou (Keragon), Paminos Kyrkinis (eFood), and Alexis Pantazis (Hellas Direct). Together, they reflected on the realities and challenges of building and scaling companies—from early-stage resilience to long-term vision.

George, shared a powerful truth: “When you’re growing fast, it’s easy to get distracted by scale. But what really matters—what sustains growth—is culture.”

At Dialectica, we’ve learned that culture isn’t a byproduct of success. It’s the driver. Investing in values and a people-first mindset has been core to how we’ve grown—and how we intend to keep growing.
